How can we improve Plume?

More Complete Mute

Some of us need a thorough mute when we're away from our computers so overtweeters don't blow our phones up. A couple suggestions:

1) When someone is muted, there shouldn't be any notifications for them. I still get them.

2) When someone's muted, their retweets should also be muted. Some people retweet 50 times a day, and it gets bothersome on the phone.

Completely agree 100% with the Retweets being muted.
Getting notifications from them is already an option in the setting.

I completely agree with Brandon. I typically don't want to see anything from muted users in my timeline but I want to get notified if they mention me so they don't know I've muted them.

It appears mute only works for my timeline, not my lists.

I use the premium version of Plume on my Motorola Xoom tablet, and have three columns: my timeline, my mentions and a "personal" list. The mute function seems to only apply to my timeline, but not the lists that I load as a third column.

Am I just missing how to do this correctly, or does the mute function only apply to the timeline? If so, would it be hard to make the mute function apply to lists as well?

Mutes should be for a time period or permanent.
Mutes should OPTIONALLY block replies, retweets, DMs on a case by case basis.
Mutes should be for lists, but not or searches, defeats the purpose if you hide the desired result from yourself.

I agree with PacoBell and adekk too. And when searching people nearby. I have some people nearby who fill up the entire search by themselves.

Oh, and possibly even more importantly than lists, search results REALLY need to be filtered. That's where the real spam is!
